There are two new home communities you should know about
Valencia Reserve has recently opened. The developer, GL Homes has a deserved reputation as one of our regions premier developers. There are a dozen floor plans to choose from. Work has started on the stunning clubhouse and families are already moving in.
The second community Tivoli Isles, ran into difficulties. The property has been taken over by Hovnanian Builders, who shortly will announce new models, pricing, and will complete work left unfinished by previous builder.
